I was born August 15, 1945 in Marshfield Wisconsin. My parents, Crystal and Joseph Hrapek, gave me the birth name of
Michael Allen. At the age of 2 we moved to northwest Indiana and by 1950 my parents settled down in a town called Chesterton,
Indiana where I spent the next 50 years. During that time I finnished high school, spent 2 years in the Navy in Viet Nam
and then worked for the Northern Indiana Public service company for 33 years, retired and then to moved to West Virginia.
