Have allergies bad? You will pray your AC never fails. Many people seem to be hacking and sneezing from something, and some have cedar fever really bad early in the year, then elm, oak, wildflower pollen allergies in the Spring and Autumn. I'm lucky and don't feel a thing (NO COMMENTS!). Many people take pretty good care of themselves here, whether working out or just keeping busy with outside hobbies, which you can do most of the year. Being relatively flat, you can ride your bike anywhere, and although there are a number of horse ranches nearby, most do not hack out. Just make a friend that needs his/her horses exercised.
