Officer Franks
Officer Franks serves the Mount Union Police Department as a part-time Police Officer.
Officer Franks grew up in Huntingdon County. He earned an Associate's Degree from Central Pennsylvania College in Criminal Justice in 2007 and then put himself through the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Academy at the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) Shumaker Public Safety Center in 2008.
Officer Franks was hired by the Mount Union Borough Police Department as a part-time police officer in June, 2008. Officer Franks also works full-time for the Duncansville Police Department in Blair County.
Officer Franks is still learning the ropes as a police officer, but is enjoying enforcing the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Borough of Mount Union.
