Corporal Lippmann
"Rob" grew up in New York City and moved to Pennsylvania in 1995. He graduated from the Police Academy at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and began working for the Mount Union Borough Police Department in August, 2000. He was promoted to the rank of Corporal in June, 2002 and is currently assigned as the department's K-9 Handler and as a Patrol Supervisor.
Corporal Lippmann also serves the department as the evidence room officer, a certified SCUBA diver, and as the Housing Authority's liaison officer, responsible for administering a "Supplemental Services Grant" for the Authority.
Rob also recently earned his bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice at the University of Phoenix. Most recently, Rob took on the responsibility of creating, publishing, editing, and updating this website. Rob was also certified by the Pennsylvania State Police as a Firearms Instructor, and serves as the department's range master.
