Work nights:
The third Monday of each month, May through October. 6pm - 7pm
 Look to Calender for dates and times.
 
Work Days: 
2009, the third Saturday of each month.
2010: The fourth Saturday of each month.
Needed to be done:
Short Term: 
     Remove drywall rubble from club house - started
     Clean out under car port.
     Tarp Car Port
     Fill in trench behind club house
     Clean out gutters on Club House.
            
Longer Term:
     Kitchen Renovation - underway
     Archery Target (Fixed Range) on skids or wheels to be constructed.
     Replace steps up to Club house
     Dig out small tree stumps with back hoe
     Build wood crib for dimentional lumber 
     Build wood crib for fireplace/woodstove wood
     Re-paper carport
     Dig out mowing hazard rocks around property
     Tuck Pointing Chimney & Trap House.
     Insulate exterior of club house, stucco over and paint
     Change grade behind Club house for better water drainage. - started
     Remove old broken sidewalk going behind club house.
     Shutters for club house.
     Replace doors for club house (4).
     Replace Windows for club house (10)
     Deck to be added to front of club house.
     Dry Lock furnace room after cleaning. 
     Dig out hill behind club house to be able to drive around
     Convert Log cabin into garage - started
     Replace gutters
     Pressure Wash and Paint Club House
     Fence in car port for storage.
     Construct 2 concrete platforms and walls for flying board shoots.        
     Build addition to bathroom to have outside bathroom and entrance
     Increase height of back stops and berm walls.
     Rework dirt/grade around backstops on rifle range.
     Construct and install information board - location to be determined
     Construct 12-16' long x 8-9' high sound wall from firing line of rifle range 2x wood sandwiching 6x6 posts, filled with pea gravel and roofed.

Balloon Shoot:      Beginning September 2009, Start Time has moved to 11 am, end time will be 1pm.

Instructor(s) that are NCCSC members of the club that are interested in holding basic gun safety classes on the Club grounds may contact John Muller to schedule a date. Two or more instructors need to be present for any class to be held, only one instructor need be a Club member.

24 oct 2009 work day results
thanks go to all who showed for work day.
ron russell, joe white, rob steiner, bill dunn and bill dunn jr., archie bowen, mark zeleznick, steve miller, john muller, alex macfarlane, dave zepp, jeff ? and his son zack.
13, a new record
stacked firewood for the club, burned brush, cut door for garage in log cabin and prepared for pouring of pad.
The last of the volunteers left at 4:20 pm.

5 oct 2009 meeting results

     membership: 247 + 6 old members + 10 new applicants = 263 total members
     trustees: 3,5,7 yd back stops installed at pistol range, 50, 100, 150 yd back stops at rifle range need replacement
     Work day: cleaned out log cabin and burned paper and brush from behind club house.
     Installed stringers in log cabin
old business:
     archie bowen stated the rough estimate for material on the bathroom was 3000.00 but expected it to be less the steel door and lok was almost 1000.00 by itself... motion made and seconded ... motion passed
mike erbs request was brought up and john muller was directed to contact mike as to options...
coatesville veterans affairs officers department has not gotten back with the club so no action will be taken until then

If club members come across some item you wish to rid yourself of or come across dirt cheap at an auction or other venue and wish to give to the club.
If you think NCCSC could use your widget to improve the amenities of the club...  Place your donated item under the Car Port at the end of club house.... I'll use it in some form for the Club... It must be in working order... worn and aged are OK
