Welcome to Musky Jake's web site.   Home of Gary & Linda Jacobs. We are a husband and wife Muskie fishing team. We compete in the WMT Wisconsin Musky Tour and the PMTT Professional Musky Tournament Trail. We started Muskie fishing as a team in 2001.  The first tournament we fished as a team was on the Wisconsin and Michigan boundary water Lac View Desert July 7th. We caught a 41.5 inch Muskie and won $300 placing second.  We then took this money and entered the first WMT tournament held on the Eagle River Chain, our home water. We went on to win 1st. place by catching two Musky a 38.5" and a 41.75" and an invitation to the 2001 WMT Championship. We placed 5th in the championship with a 39"Musky.  We are three time qualifiers for the WMT Championship 2001, 2002 & 2003. 

In 2004 we entered our first PMTT Tournament and traveled to Cave Run Lake Kentucky. We caught two Muskie the first day of the tournament and finished in Third place. This qualified us for the PMTT Ranger Boats World Championship held on Chautauqua Lake New York. We had a fantastic first day catching three Musky by noon. First a 37.5 then a 41 and 41.25 in some of the roughest weather, winds in excess of 35mph, near freezing temperatures, pouring rain, sleet, 3-to-4 foot waves.
