About Us & Our Equipment
MVRS has been serving our community in northern Fauquier County for over 40 years. We have seen a lot of change over the years from the size of our first due to the equipment we use to save lives.
Thanks to our incredibly supportive community we are able to keep up to date with the latest technology and training so that we can provide the best service possible to our neighbors.
Our fleet includes an E-One Heavy Rescue, a Ford Crown Victoria response car,
one Wheeled Coach ambulance, two Horton ambulances and a Ford Support truck.

In 2001 we purchased a new heavy rescue truck through E-One to replace our old truck. In 2004 our truck was involved in an accident due to black ice while responding to an emergency on Interstate 66. Both of the members onboard at the time were injured but thankfully survived.
When E-One took the truck back to their plant in Florida we made a few changes before they rebuilt it as you can see in the following pictures. Our truck still carries Amkus tools for extrication, 250 gallons of water, 50 gallons of foam and medical supplies.
