There was no Board meeting in June due to illness.

Meeting called to order at 12:00 p.m. by President Tony Pizza.

1st v.p. Juanita Davis read the invocation and led to pledge to the flag.

Luncheon was served.

2nd v.p. George Ramirez introduced our speaker and member of NARFE, Dr. Bob Warnagieris , a member of the Transportation Advisory Council in Ventura County. He is the AARP Rep. for the coastal region. Livable communities need accessible public transportation, affordable housing, walk ability, community services, safety and security. He brought up many points that lead to a better life for the retired.

1st V.p. Juanita Davis stressed dues withholding again.

2nd v.p. George Ramirez said that next month would be our annual BBQ.

Tony said that NARFE wants one dues for all- $40.00 per year.

The hidden name this month was Natalie Morales who received a free lunch.
