YOU ARE INVITED Meetings are the 4th Thursday of each month (3rd Thursday in Nov. and Dec.) at the Oxnard Elks Club, 801 South "A" street, Oxnard, CA. Lunch is served promptly at noon. Attention National Member's that don't belong to our local Chapter, we would very much like you to join us at local Chapter 190. Remember it only cost $7.00 more a year to belong to a local Chapter. E-Mail any of the officer's if you have any comments or questions. How to Join NARFE When you enroll in NARFE, you join the National Association and the chapter nearest your home or another chapter of your choice. You may transfer to a different chapter at any time. The first year membership fee is $25.00. You may join online by clicking on the "Join Now" button. Complete the application and enclose a check or money order payable to "NARFE," or indicate another payment method of your choice on the application.
