Refuge In Emptiness is a theologically sound contemporary presentation of the "end times." Clearly presented
and a compelling read, Chastain has created a thoroughly believable work of fiction that sucks the yound adult reader in from
the "end" to the culminating new beginning.
Refuge In Emptiness presents a modern apocalyptic look at Christianiaty as it exists side by side with the more
material, secular world. Chastain does a remarkable job of weaving her story so that even the most skeptical believer will
hang on reading to the finish.
