Reminder for all Home Football Games: Be at the High School between 6:00 and 6:30 PM.
We begin marching down to the Stadium at 6:50 PM (except for Homecoming and Senior Night).

Reminder for Section Leaders to bring cookies for the visiting Band for Home Games.

Everyone is responsible for their own instrument and uniform! Make sure you have a name
tag on your instrument case.

Do not leave your uniform, garment bag, hat, hat box, and raincoat at the school! They
are to be kept at home.

Make sure you know your gauntlet size. The list is posted in the Band Room.

Gaunlets will be worn only at Band Competitions and at Disney World.

Be at the High School by 10:00 AM. After
we clean the band rooms and load the Band Trailer, we will depart for Kennywood.

Those of you arriving later in the day need to check in at Guest Relations. Your
name will be left there so you can be admitted as a member of the Band.

If you are arriving at Kennywood later in the day, let Mr. M know as soon as possible.

Kennywood discount tickets will be given to those students whose parents placed an
order.

The Fall Fantasy Parade begins at 8:00 PM.

Be back at the buses by 6:30 PM to change
and warm up for the parade. The buses will park across from the Park (Kennywood Boulevard).The Band Trailer will be located
in back of the Park (behind the "Racer").

Anyone not returning with the Band from Kennywood must have a parent-signed permission
form. This must be presented to Mr. M and the Chaperones before departing for Kennywood in the morning.

The Band T-Shirt is to be worn in the Park during the day.

There will be chaperones on duty during the day. They will have an "area" in
a section of the Park.

We depart from Kennywood at approximately 10:00 PM.
We arrive back at the High School at approximately 11:00 PM.
