I. Interior Residual Treatment                              

 A non-repellent residual insecticide will be neatly applied to cracks/crevices in areas where ants are most active (kitchens, bathrooms, entry points, etc.) This product has little to no odor and does not stain surfaces unaffected by water. An ant-bait gel may also be applied, particularly for smaller ants. Voids/pipes may also be treated with a residual dust for long lasting protection against moisture seeking worker ants.              

 

II. Micro-Injection Void Treatment

Areas suspected of nesting (rotted wood, door-sills/ frames, joists etc.) will be treated using a Micro-Injection unit, a necessary tool for complete pest-control. This unit targets ants directly in their nesting sites, blasting small amounts of plant derived insecticide into voids for fast elimination. It is environmentally responsible- eliminating wasteful, ineffective aerosol cans.

 

III.Foundation/PerimeterApplication                                                

To eliminate ant and nuisance pest populations around your property, a treated zone of Termidor SC^® is established around the entire exterior perimeter and on the foundation/surrounding vegetation using a High Pressure Backpack sprayer.

Worker Ants must seek food and water for the colony-  traveling in and out of your home. When they return, they expose nestmates to the active ingredient in Termidor^®  and Phantom^®  for complete colony elimination. 

Targeted applications include: Mulch beds, door & window sills, under porches,  under siding&sill, openings around pipes/wires, garage door frames, etc.
