I. Baiting
Traps alone are simply not effective. Bait is often stolen
or traps are avoided altogether! Ultrasonic Pest Repellers have questionable results at best. Even a cat may not help.
Caution: It only takes
one mouse to survive and another litter OF UP TO 12 may soon be on the way. Many rodent programs/traps fail due to insufficient
bait supplies, so the entire population is never entirely eliminated. Proper control requires many smaller placements of varied
baits, as mice are nibblers- and sometime fussy. A few boxes of D-Con or traps here and there aren't going to cut it,
as you have probably found.
Our baiting system is fool proof-Mice can't resist these
quality baits with a higher natural food content than the cheaper blocks often used by our competitors
that contain more wax and dyes. Our bait blocks/soft baits are less toxic to domestic pets than other
baits available and contain a bittering agent to deter non-target species.
Devleoped to combat New York City's rodent problems, one
discreet TAMPER RESISTANT bait placement can eliminate over 100 mice! Baiting consists of 15-20 placements
per residence for lasting control with placements at approximately 10-12 ft in areas of activity (Basement, Attic, Garage,
Kitchen, Perimeter, etc.).
Through years of testing in the field we've developed the
most effective program. A
minimum of two unique rodenticide bait forms are applied to ensure maximum acceptance (Block, Soft Bait, Pellet),
eliminate bait shyness and ensure fast elimination of the entire rodent population. Accessible BAIT IS PLACED IN TAMPER-RESISTANT
STATIONS to keep bait fresh, enticing and out of the reach of pets and children. They are also convenient for monitoring
activity.
Typical
bait station locations include the basement sill (at corners/approximately 10' intervals), garage, kitchen and attic
as well as areas of noted activity. Stations can also be placed along the exterior perimeter to stop mice before
they even get into your home using a mildew-resiatant, all weather block.
II. Exclusion
(Integrated Pest Management)
Finally potential
entry points are sealed (around pipes/wires/foundation) to prevent mice from entering in the future. An expanding, insulating foam
(semi-permanent and paintable) is neatly applied using a professional application gun.
We
are one of the few companies to offer these non-chemical solutions for long-term control. It is this dedication to doing the
job properly and thoroughly that distinguishes our services from our competitors.
