Lodge Basket Auction
Dear Fellow Members,
On Friday, October 23 rd
and Saturday, October 24, 2009,
the Niagara Falls Elks Lodge #346 will be hosting a Fall Harvest Basket Auction. The Order of Elks is dedicated to service
to our community and helping those who are less fortunate and in need. Our committee is in need of your help, whether it is
in the form of a donation such as a prepared basket, gift certificate, discount coupons, or an item to help fill one of our
many baskets. All proceeds will benefit those in our community to help further the many charities our lodge is involved in.
You are invited to come and join us at the auction. The benefit will be held at the lodge on Friday,
October 23 rd from 3pm-9pm and Saturday, October 24th from noon-7pm. Winners of the baskets will be drawn Saturday at 7pm.

NYESA Major Projects Charity Ball
This years annual Charity Balls for Cerebral Palsy will be on November 7 th at the holiday
Inn on Genesee St. in Cheektowaga, NY, across from the airport. Tickets are available at the bar at a price of $50.00 per
person.
Ticket includes the Hospitality suite with cocktails
and appetizers from 1:00-6:00 pm, Cocktails in the Ballroom from 6:00-7:00 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm with your choice of Roast
Top Sirloin au jus or boneless Chicken Breast with sauce, cocktails and dancing from 8:30-11:00 pm with music by Jonesie
and the Cruisers, and the Hospitality suite from 11:00 pm-1:00 am. Hotel rooms are available at a cost of $89.00. When making
reservations mention that you are with the Elks for the Charity Ball.
