A Squadron Reunion for Patrol Squadron 49(VP-49) was held in Pensacola 14-15 Nov 97. It was for all Seaplane Pilots who served in Bermuda in VP-49. There were only four 55er's that fit that bill and they all were in attendance. This was our first squadron after we got our Navy Wings---flying the P5M(Marlin).
