Physicians Formula are saying not to cash your checks, they will be issuing new ones that say replacement. Just got a letter my letter and you will have a letter or note in it of the correct check to cash.
Checker/Schuck's/Kragen/Murray's/O'Reilly Auto Parts: Due to unforeseen circumstances, Checker/Schuck's/Kragen/Murray's/O'Reilly Auto Parts have dissolved the relationship with the 3rd party rebate provider we have been using to fulfill our consumer rebates. Effective immediately, we are establishing a relationship with a new rebate provider. Unfortunately, this will take a bit of time and will cause a gap in our rebate fulfillment services, as well as issues with checks that have already been mailed to our customer's homes. Banks will be unable to cash these rebate checks, as a stop payment has been placed on each of them, so please destroy them to avoid any fees that may be incurred upon deposit. Our new rebate center is in the process of re-issuing these checks and will distribute them as soon as possible. In the meantime, you may send an e-mail to rebatehelp@garvinpromo.com or call 1-800-776-1391 and obtain additional information regarding the status of your rebate.
