I thought since so many of you are getting rejections, this page might be helpful on who to call, their address, the reason for denying your Refund/Rebate/Premium and how you solved it or if it wasn't resolved.

Please feel free to share you experiences, this will help us all stay away from those offers that don't pay!

ABC Beverage Corp is reject Kahlua/Sauze/Malibu Non-Alcoholic:

They are sending cards out on these that upc symbols aren't attached and guess what, they didn't put the phone number on the card, just lots of 000-000-0000.

On this one you'll have to go to the http://www.rebatestatus.com page and go to the upper right corner and click on contact us and fill in the info to try to see if they will do a reversal because the form didn't say actual upcs but to write the upcs on the receipt.

Call them, original phone calls were made and people were told they could write the upc number instead of try to get it off the bottle.

DON't DO Arbor Mist wine rebates!!! (11/15/2004 1:41:27 PM): unless you live in GA, that is the only state they are honoring it in.

I did the Arbor Mist wine rebate for $10 when you buy their wine and $20 worth of meat!

They rejected my offer as they said it was not good in my state and was good only in Georgia!!! The form states :Offer valid only for U. S. residents and void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. GA is one of the state that accept liquor offers. Formddoes not state good only in GA and they told me they DID NOT have to state restrictions on their forms!!!

They gave me NO satisfaction what so ever!!!! Anyonelse have this problem

They won't do anything to honor it.

Alice White Seafood $3 Refund, PAWH05076 exp 3/2005       Figured you all needed to know if you find the forms because they are popping up all over but are only being honor in those state.

Canandaigua Wine and the fulfillment center phone number is 888 221-3320.

This offer is rejected by them saying they are not eligible in your state but on the form there are no state limitations what so ever. Only states they will honor is AL, GA, NC, WV even though its not printed on the form.

They gave me NO satisfaction what so ever!!!!

I may try to Call Canandaigua Wine and complain because it seems to me this isn't a legal reason for rejection.

Arbor Mist Wine for $10 and Meat $20 offer wine rebates!!! Don't do this one, they are not paying.

Trader didn't send fulfillment center info.

he go no satisfaction what so every and recommends don't do their offers, she is never going to buy it again.

Just beware of doing their offers and if you have a way to call before hand to find out if they are good in your state, its a suggestion.

Doesn't say you can resubmit if you can get the form but I'm going to try. since they were not specific.

They refused to honor because they said the receipt was a copy not an original but it was.

Black Velvet, doesn't seem to be paying, a person sent me this info: I just thought I would let you know that everyone around here (in IL) got rejected on the Back Velvet this year sayng it was not good in our state (even though it says good in USA) I called and they said the forms were only put out in certain areas (would not say where, but I suspect out east) and I would have to take it up with the liquore store where I bought the product

Berkley $10 Fishing Rod Rebate is denying rebates saying it was not purchased at a qualifying store.

No place on the form does is state you must check this info, it also says requirements are upc written on form, original receipt and purchased in the USA so they are trying to get out of paying rebates.

Looks like another rip off to me, I wrote them a nice long letter about misrepresentation.

Blackstone  wine  & rotisserie chicken is rejecting offer sent in. I explained my store doesn't print that on their receipts and I would have to get the phone book out to look up that kind of information.  said she had to have that well said then they should print that on the offer if they are not going to pay unless all that is sent in and she said it was that the offer said store ID receipt

This is the Clearing house in Mesa AZ that has started doing this on almost all their offers, they are getting very picky and asking for more and more information. It isn't like we can go tell the stores the to honor the rebates they have to have such and such on their receipts. I noticed now that their forms say no trading on them.

The reason was because the store didn't put the phone number or street address on it and has to have this.  After arguing with the person on  the phone

The offer was for the $2 sausage when purchasing Bolla Wine

Lots of refusals coming from the Mesa AZ center. She called the Fullfillment center toll free number and got no where regarding the Brown Foreman rebate offer. This trader told them she had decided to not buy the products that are being refused.   She found a phone # for Brown Forman company and talked to a very nice person who she also voiced her disaproval and told him she was not going to be upset anymore, because she was not buying their products anymore!,

The wording for the refusal was void where prohibited

The person she talked to told her they had had a meeting and this had come up, and they were working at what to do about this issue. She was not the only one voicing complaints against the fulfillment center it seems (ladies keep complaining).   The person she talked to told her to pass this on and you can feel free to post boards and sites to call Darrell Brown, 3310 west end ave, suite 600 nashville tn, 37203. Sounds like its being resolved.

Citgo (Archway Marketing Service) is refusing to pay rebates, there is no store name listed on the form but they send it back saying it wasn't bought a Pamada or Blain's. Letters were sent that they weren't in compliance but they still refuse to pay.

This is for both Citgo and Mystik offer, some people get the reject letter and then get the check. No rime or reason.

Says it wasn't either Pamada or Blain's stores. Store name was not listedon the form.

Just ignor the reject letters, maybe you will get your refund check.

8/13/09	Got my envie back today from a CK Mondavi $5 turkey rebate today marked return to sender offer expired. The date on envie is dated 2/12/09..offer must be PM'd by 2/15/09 so obviously PM'd in time. Called CK Mondavi and explained this to him and read him details of the offer which I said and did follow exactly. No wine purchase required on this offer it states as well. He said I was the second person to speak to him today about this so obviously there is a problem/glitch somewhere. Said they had used the same clearing house for a long time now but he would issue me a refund check directly to me from CK Mondavi and took my info. There are no state limitations either on the form and no wine purchase required as well. Sending out rejection cards the the upc is invalid, they do this all the time

If you call the number on the card 866 469-9721 they want you to get a can and read off the upc number. I didn't have any paint cans left so I could verify so she said she would investigate and I should call back in about two weeks, I don't ever give out my phone number. I think this is just another excuse for them not to pay, they haven't paid on the last two offers either.

I don't think you will get any place with these people but if you do continue to buy their products and do the rebates, make sure you make copies of everything you send in.

Have not heard the reasons but it seems they are denying the internet forms, not sure about the pad one.

On your reject letter or card there should be a phone number, I'd call and ask for more specifics and if you haven't sent in yours in yet, I'd make a copy before sending it in in case you get the denial letter also.

Hasbro is sending cards back on the 3D Puzzle offers say wrong upcs codes. You can contact them at: All 3d puzzles qualify however there were some old upc's for 3d puzzles not provided to FSI as qualified upc's. I would inform her to go ahead and purchase want she wants but to please make sure that it is a 3D puzzle.

Hy-Per Lube (Archway Marketing Service) is refusing to pay rebates, there is no store name listed on the form but they send it back saying it wasn't bought at a partipating retailer. Letters were sent that they weren't in compliance but they still refuse to pay saying they don't accept resubmissions on their promotions.

Letters says not participating retailer but there are no retailers listed on the store pad.

They are not paying no matter whether your send a letter or not.

Mystik (Archway Marketing Service) is refusing to pay rebates, there is no store name listed on the form but they send it back saying it wasn't bought a Pamada or Blain's. Letters were sent that they weren't in compliance but they still refuse to pay.

This is for both Citgo and Mystik offer, some people get the reject letter and then get the check. No rime or reason.

Says it wasn't either Pamada or Blain's stores. Store name was not listedon the form.

Just ignor the reject letters, maybe you will get your refund check.

8/13/09	Niagara Falls Bankrupcy - this is older info but useful	Remember the 7/31/07 $25.00 Summer Multi Brand Spirits # 86994 PO Box 134 Niagara Falls NY? I mailed this on 7/6/07 and I just a refusal card (and so did my son) today 10/11/07. The card says not valid in my state. Fortunately, I had saved a copy of everything. I called them and interestingly enough, Tempe, Arizona is processing these Niagara Falls rebates. They said it was only valid for Florida. There was no state limitation listed on the form. One would think it would be so much easier if they would print the valid states on the form. This all gets pretty tiring sometimes,doesn't it? They post every other kind of rule - one would think they could at least print the valid state. This was a Pernod Ricard rebate.

Recommend you contact Napa Ridge directly rather than Mesa AZ since they are rejecting almost everything.

Noxema/Old Spice (through Universal Group) etc...do not pay.    Not buying their products anymore.

Called the phone number on the product to inquire & was told they were behind, but it was being processed just now & I would receive shortly.

What she received was a letter telling her she did not qualify because she didn't send in everything.  She left messages to call her, but get no response.  Now when shes calls to tell them she has a copy of everything, she get a recording that the mailbox is full & it cuts her off.  Two rebates--same thing.

Remember Noxzema and Old Spice are P&G products, need I say more.

Off rebate sends you back a letter saying upc number was not written on the receipt when its suppose to be written on the front of the form.

When you return it with the receipt number written also on the crt it is coming back Offer Expired. This goes to YA so am needing to find the mail YA address.

When ever you send any offer to YA, make copies or scan them into your computer. Also write the upc number on the front in the blocks and also on the crt. I also recommend you put a sticker with your name on it someplace on the form so they have no excused to say they couldn't read it.

When you go to send it back with the info required, it comes back box closed - no others options.

8/13/09	Organix Rebate Offer, a lady called this Hollywood Clearing House1-800-692-5780 and the woman who answered said the name of the company was Bronco, and they sold wines. She just wants the public to know about this company, and then she went to to Winn Dixie (headquarters) and complained, and ask that they not stock this product, or any product from this company. I wont hold my breath. I then sent her a new Hollywood number and told her to contact Consumer Affairs for her state which is part of the Attorney Generals Office. -- Organix rebate. She had been trying to contact them since April, by snail mail and certified mail, and after many searches on Google found a gal named Karleen from Vogue International. She heard my story and said she would get back to me. She called me a couple of weeks later and told me that a check had been made out and made, and that I should contact David Wilkes, from Universal Marketing, if I did not receive it. They were rejecting three months before the form listed the deal as closing. I believe it closed 1/31/07 but got rejects on every one I sent in.

Parrot Bay meat rebate. said I didn't buy $5.01 worth of meat, when my receipt clearly says I purchased $9.99 worth of ribs. . The guy asked some questions to research it. Said they've noticed a "trend" with this rebate and wanted to know what store my receipt said, and the address of the store. My receipt didn't have an address. Red Stripe Jamaican beer at Beverages and More in August 2005.

There was a $5 rebate offer. When I didn't receive the rebate, I followed up and eventually received a check from Diageo, who owns a lot of beer and liquor brands and Taco Bell and Burger King.

They sent her a check that bounced costing me $15 returned check fee. I'm trying to resolve it, but wondered what she should do if they don't respond. Referred them to: 1 800 767-3123 am not sure if its Diageo or the clearing house but she should try it.

Turner Road Rotisserie Chicken $5 Refund on Alice White Wine, no wine purchase necessary as I recall or it was just the receipt

A trader just called the State's Attorney General's Office in Richmond, Virginia and she called the Stat's Attorney General's Office in Annapolis, Maryland and asked them both if they were not allowing rebates from wine, beer or liquor. The answer from both is "No, we allow rebates on those in our state." I took this info and called the 888 number and spoke to a John - I told him that I sent in 3 rebates and my Mom sent in 3 rebates - 1 on Turner Road Rotisserie Chicken for $5.00, 1 on Talus $3.00 Seafood and 1 on Alice White $3.00 Seafood - my Mom also did these. He immediately went in the computer and changed all the info and we will each get the 3 rebates. I asked him how we would know in the future if theform did not specify states, if it would be good - he had no answer. Also, he said we would be getting a denial card but to ignor it and he was sorry for the problem. Now, ladies, if you think you won't get your rebate - NOW IS THE TIME TO CALL!!!!
