7/21/09 Health Update

I have new software and can upload links, info soon as I receive it, it is wonderful and I have been adding many things to the website so please check for dates July 2009 to present. I feel better, walk a little better, still don't get much sleep and have days I'm really bitchy, nothing like going through after surgical menopause due to Arimidex. I will be having two surgeries the week of 10/25 through 10/31. They are not major, one is required by insurance, its a nerve block and the lidocaine will long gone before I even get home but our wonderful insurance companies demand it or they won't pay for the Riazotomy. That's a big word, they go in with a laser need and burn the nerves between the hip bone and pelvis bone. When you wake up you are setting on fire, no mistake, I had it done 18 months ago and I rode home on my stomach in the back seat of the car. This time we are going directly to Acupuncture, those wonderful little needles took away the burning and pain and once the treatment was done you would never know I'd had a minor sure and there were just a few little pin hole marks on my buttox. I usually feel pretty wiped out due to the twilight they put you to sleep with for a couple of days, I find that true with all of them but the new stuff doesn't last as long. My hubby has hurt his shoulder lifting the wheelchair, we think, he is getting an MRI on Wed this week when I get my hair colored and cut. They suspect rotator cuff tear or impendgement. He can't bring his arm up level even to his shoulder. If he has surgery I'm very worried for us both because he is my transportation to my doctors and he is stubborn and physical therapy will be needed especially if its rotator cuff. Friends have gone away, family never calls, they don't want to know about sick people and our neighbors keep to themselves, nothing like it was when I was growing up. We don't even know if we can get someone to put up our real tree for Christmas, he can't lift anything right now. Our old neighborhoods kids that helped us so much have all grown up and moved away and now there is a new batch of little ones but too small to help and for some reason we didn't have new families move into the neighborhood with children in between. Hubby has helped the neighbors get their tanks filled with propane for grills, taken them to doctors but if he asks for help, they are busy that day, people are so consumed with themselves and to be better than our neighbors. I know of three people we lost this in 2008 to Breast Cancer and more that have been diagnosed. I lost my 35 year old nephew to Hodgkins Lymphoma in January 2009.   Remember to check your breasts each month and don't let what happened to me happen to you. We caught mine early but there is a new agressive strain out there and it goes quickly into the lynthnodes and once its spread you pay a mightly high price. I just had my yearly and they found a calcium deposit in the other breast, when the doctor walked in my heart sunk since she was the one that told me when I had the cancer but she reassured me these are common and they will be monitoring for a while every 6 months to see if it changes.

Also a page that includes info on PO Boxes that have been closed before their expiration and what to do in that instance if we have the info. One of the Fulfillment Centers contacted me and told me I cannot post their contact information so I have done a major update of the site. I have added lots of links for you to fine products, medicine costs, groceries prices, etc, product warnings, and much much more.   These lists of info are updated as I receive them now and I'm still working on pages from the old software. HELP!!! UPC Wishes updated 10/3/09- we desperately need help with some of the info on the wishes pages http://mysite.verizon.net/noknots1/wishes.html so if you can please share with me so I can share will everyone. I'm getting my strength back but still have issues with sensory nerves from my knees down so its hard to get around and still rely on hubby for transportation. Don't forget to share the internet forms, website freebees, sweeps, Sticker Offers, No Form Needed Offer, Coupon link, Clearing Houses that don't honor rebates, Manufacturer's contacts, etc. the more you share the more there is info for everyone. CODE BOOK PURCHASE AND/OR UPDATES When new Updates are ready costs will be going up to do printing, toner, paper - sorry I don't have a choice. Write now, October 31, 2009, I haven't even begun to start the merge. Am going through a stage where things overwhelm me. I do have 59 + pages of new info to merge and it grows daily. The Code book now available only in printed format for $60, it is last years dated 11/18/09, so are updates. Don't order until I can figure out how to do it again. This book is over 501 pages now and is double columns and double sided with old and new products for you to verify your upc information. When you order the UPC Database Book you also get my Refunding Tips and the Tracings section. Printing prices keep going up along with paper, ink, etc and shipping so I had to increase the price to $60. This issue is called 1st/2nd/3rd 2008 Quarter Updates.   I also available is a Quarterly Update of all the new information I have acquired and its sorted separately in alphabetic order to esily insert into your master book, its $20 and is sipped to you via Priority Mail. This also has a new update. Liquor and Wine Only Issue 5/10/08 is now available for $45, it is double sided and I ship priority Mail. No more CD-RW and no more upcs on website thank Sheery8 for copying the page and posting it, now she spsreads all those old number around. So many of them have changed distributors so you can't be sure they are correct. Updates and the new books come out at the end of April (1st Qtr), end of July (2nd Qtr), end of October (3rd Qtr) and end of January 4th Qtr. Please don't order prior to one week before issuance because I just don't have a place to keep track of everything. There will not be another Liquor & Wine Only issue in 2008! Please don't order the 2009 until I let everyone know it is ready. I'm still experiencing many health issues due to the allergic reaction to the chemo and there is lots of damage so I just can do bits at a time.

 

Breast Cancer Awareness Special Months are October & May Approximately three million womenn in the U. S have breast cancer. One million don't know it yet! This weekend in Tampa Bay was the 3 day walk/run for the cure, there were survivors and supporters, its so nice to see the support. When I saw this statement in one of the doctors office it sure made me stop and think as should all women, get those mammograms, do your self breast check and if you feel tenderness, change in color of skin, bumps, anything unusual go to the doctor, have it checked. We have lost friends, family to this disease and if not caught soon there is a new strain that is very agressive and you may not have a chance it if you. When you get older your breast tissue changes from fiberous to dense, normal mammograms do not penetrate dense tissue. Don't just let them tell you everything is normal, ask if there is a change and if there is demand a digital mammogram, it may save your life!!!!!!   I'm making some Purse clips and donating the proceeds to the Susan Cheeks Breast Cancer Center. This place has all kinds of resources for people with cancer here in our area, counseling, exercises, a place to get helpful turbans and lots of other things. They are there to help you! They are $13 plus shipping $1.65 andinsurance of $1.75 = $16.40. Here is a picture, none are alike. I also have cell phone clips for $16 eachplus insurance of $1.75 & shipping of $1.75 = $16.40. There are 3 different Sterling Silver Lobster Clasps, 9 mm, 11 mm (fits mosts phones) and 13 mm. Each one is different to express how different each of us are that are diagnosed with Breast Cancer.       I do make other customer jewelry, just ask, very reasonable prices.   We donated $230 in 2007 to Breast Cancer. We donated $100 in 2008 to Breast Cancer.
