11/14/04 I've been on the phone for about a half an hour
today going from Pepsi to distribution centers to
customer service to finally consumer affairs. Here
is what I found out. The Pepsi forms, internet include that go to the
Silverdome address are restricted to only MI
people. If you don't see it on the form, it was a
mistake and they will send you a letter that only
MI residents are honored because its the
distributors in MI that are offering these rebates.
The number I called was 1 800 790-2119. I finally got through to a pepsi Consumer
Relations and talked for a very nice person there
and on the Pepsi/Lays $5 Holiday promotion, the
phone number is not working to answer questions
because it hasn't been opened yet because the offer
really doesn't start until 11/21/04. She was going
to put in a request that it be opened right away
because the forms have gone out and are up before
the offer time. Their number is 1 800 433-2652 but
you have to go through and get an operator because
they first talk about another promotion and then
refer you to their site. They will take all Pepsi products, not just the
Fridgemate upcs (these have 12 digit upcs) but the
older type boxes with the eight digit upc
numbers. Q
