to find a way not to pay on these rebates.
I also called Bondo on
this one and they asked for a letter sent to: W
ayne Banks, Bondo Corp., 3700 Atlanta Industrial
Parkway NW, Atlanta gA 30331 and that I put as much
info that I had on the offers in the letter and
send to him and he would investigate. He was not
happy that the last three offer I sent in had not
been paid on with the same excuse, duplicate
submission or non-qualifying store. I told him if
they don't put the info on the forms, we cannot
read their minds and if you get them with the
product you would believe it would be
honored.

Bondo Rebates
Warning: I just wanted to let you all
know I talked to Bondo today regarding all the
rejects for non-qualifying stores. This information
isn't on the forms and they only sell to certain
stores and give them the rebate forms but somehow
they do give the forms to wholesalers who purchase
Bondo products. In others words you have no way of
knowing what stores are qualifying.
My suggestion is that if you are going to buy
there products, check with Bondo first at 1 800
622-8754 and the lady I talked to was Melody or
something similar to that to find out what stores
qualify and if they have a current rebate
offer.
I will put this on my website (email me at

on the Rebates that Don't Pay Page. I find that
many of the offers that go through the Scottsdale
AZ center find excuses to refuse rebates.

This trader wrote Canandaigua about a rebate
on Cooks and she keeps getting emails from them now
that they have her email. Here are some excepts:

restrictions do not allow us to list those states
which permit rebates and those which do not, and we
are not required to make that distinction. (Crock
of BOLOGNA in my estimatation-everyone else seems
to find a way to solve that issue)
Please note that all rebate forms also note
that "reproduction, sale, or trading of this form,
UPC symbols, or cash register receipts will not be
honored or returned". (They sure make sure that is
on their forms)

Her second email frorm them: Any rebate form
found in stores in Arizona is valid for Arizona.
However, if you were to visit another state or have
a friend or relative send a form from their state
of residence, that particular rebate may not be
valid in Arizona. This is why the "void where
prohibited" statement is on all of our forms. (They
gave me the same speel over the phone and I told
them FL has no rebates that were prohibited, I had
called the State office on Consumer
Affairs)
Rebates are approved by each individual
state. If you have a form that was not personally
picked up at a store in Arizona or FL, there is the
possibility that it will not be honored by the
fulfillment company. (They told me if I was
traveling and bought something with a rebate form
that I should contact them first to verify I can
send it from my own state) |

they weren't informed that you could just write in
the UPC and that it had to be the real UPC.
Well, bummer! There's not much anyone can do
after that, but I did tell her my daughter called
Unilever and I guess they didn't inform YA.
So....I guess a lot of rejections will be coming in
to people unless the person opening the envelope
doesn't care that day, and we know that happens
sometimes, too. Just thought I'd let you

This lady mailed for a rebate on 03/30/05
with the Amazon.com
Rebate Dept, for a Cooks Essentials Pod
Coffee Maker, from Synapse Micro,
Inc. (Now Woot Inc) that we received that week. She
did not receive a UPC code with it so saheher my
credit verification email, even a copy of my credit
card statement, and an explanation that Amazon did
not send me a UPC, but they denied it and told her
to contact Amazon to get one.
She emailed Amazon and of course they said
that there was nothing that they could do and that
she would need to contact the manufacturer for a
UPC code (of course they denied any wrong doing),
so she ended up calling Synapse Micro (Now
Woot).
When she called Synapse/Woot, she spoke with
a Mr. Johnson who at first said that he would send
me a UPC, but then as we spoke, he said that he
would just contact the rebate company and push it
through for me. After several more emails with him,
she got one 05/19/05 stating that "Tera" at CPG
(Rebate Company), said that my rebate was in
progress and it would take 6-8 weeks. After sending
a few more emails about she shouldn't have to wait
that long after it already being that long, she was
told that it was mailed FIRST CLASS MAIL on
06/23/05.
Well, today is 07/23/05 and STILL no check.
She sent them several emails that if I didn't
receive it by today that she was going to send out
warning messages to enough sites that hundred's of
thousands of Internet Consumers would know about
both Amazon and CPG, their Rebate Co, business
practices.
Please let anyone you know who regularly uses
Amazon and their Rebate Co, or any other businesses
that use CPG, the Rebate Company about this so if
they have ordered something, they will know to
watch out.
She says she sent out enough rebates and know
that if it asks for a UPC code, you need to send
it, but if the company doesn't send you one and you
send enough other verification, they should accept
it.

Crest (P&G) per Janet H wrote to me her problem with Crest. I am writting now once again I bought crest whitestrips advanced seal and they sent me my letter and infor back refusing to give me my $39.99 back for them they did not work. I also emailed them twice no response now and also sent all my info to president of crest it is now 2 months and still no refund. this is false advertising!! I have her numbers of I have of P&G.
I gave her these old numbers Detergents 800 543-0485, Paper 800 543-0480, & Beauty 800 542-7070 to try to get to someone for help.

are returing all rebates. I've tried contacting the
PA state liquor board but there weren't able to
help. If you know of any information, please pass
along. - I resent in
the Devonshire Irish Cream offers again to see if
the po boxes were opened but none have come back
yet. he offer expires 12/31/03 and they hadn't
opened the po box well over a month after the forms
hit the street. I myself ddon't plan to do anymore
Devonshire Irish Cream. The PA Liquor Licensing
bureau said they are always having problems with
them.
They
returned it again, I highly recommend not doing
these rebates.

address and resend it you will received a 2-3 page
fact sheet wanting you to fill out date of the
wedding, who go married, store you bought it at,
the addresses and phone numbers of all the
preceedings and pretty much you life history. I
don't think any rebate offer should ask you
personal information like they are asking, if they
want that info it should be on the form and then
you decide whether you want to buy their product
and do the rebate or get something cheaper. |

Drug companies are not just accepting the cash
register receipt any more for those refunds. They
want the pharmacy print out that has the quantity,
store name, address and phone number, plus the side
effects etc. So far these are the drugs I know are

Forest Glen Winery has closed their mailing address and are stopping payment on measly $1.50 rebate checks. I deposited a $1.50 rebate check in my checking account on 11/25/08 to get it returned STOP PAYMENT and account closed. The Bank is Stearns Bank, N.A., Scottsdale, AZ 85280. The bank charge I incurred for this fiasco is $15.00.
I wrote to Forest Glen Winery at 1556 First St. Ste. 102, Napa, CA 94559 and the mail was returned to sender.

Hollywood, FL---- the Hogue, Toasted
Head and maybe Phillips. Also EXP. Many of these
let yo do several per month and you can do them
every month til expiration. the first ones I saw
were for about $4 back on rotisserie chicken and
you coudl do 3 per month---.... and you do monthly
for 3 or 4 months in a row. They did not pay and
the next year they had the same offer. No one I
asked was paid. They had the same offer on eggs,
bbq sauce, ice, etc. A friend toldme she called the
clearinghouse and complained and wound up getting a
$48 check by FedEx. It is the same clearinghosue
that did not pay anyoen on OxyClean and then pulled
the shenanigans about "you didnt' fill in email
address,e tc" I called them abt the rotis chicken
and she asked how much I was owed..... then sxhe
said my check had been processed but not mailed yet
(this was a check from more than a year ago) znd it
woudl be mailed immediately.
They must be hearing some feedback because I
have recently been paid for offers done a long time
ago. |

On the Luna di Luna website the 1-800-638-7720 is not a good number. That number is for Ameriprise Finance who keeps getting Luna di Luna calls.
The number I called is 410-884-9463. That number is for A.V. Imports,. Inc. who handles Luna Di Luna wines in the US. That girl who answered said someone named Becky on X7568 handles the Luna Di Luna account. I left her a voice message because "she was not in the office". Needless to say she never called me back. A.V. Imports, Inc. is at the bottom of Luna Di Luna's website. I sent them 3 emails on their website - never got an answer. Originally, I sent the rebate request went to

A.V. Imports does not seem to care about the people who buy thier wines. I am sick of this whole mess and will never buy any more of their wines. I'm done wasting my time with these people. It is only $18 rebate but it's the principle of the thing that bothers me. I wonder how many other people have had the same problem.
I hope you can get the word out to people not to buy Luna Di Luna or any products that A.V. Imports, Inc. handles.

I am emailing you in regards to a post on your page concerning a rebate for Luna di Luna and AV Imports. I recently joined Aveniu Brands (previously AV Imports) as the Brand Manager for Luna di Luna. AV Imports is now Aveniu Brands and had a transitional period while their website and materials changed to reflect this change. In addition, the offices were relocated from Columbia... which may be the reason for the person having difficulties contacting a representative. All rebates are processed through a rebate house - and sometimes are delayed or rejected if they are not submitted exactly as listed (for example if a copy of the receipt/rebate form is submitted instead of the original). those of you doing the Tyson Bagged offer that have
done the boxed wings might run into this issue),

will only pay with their store receipt and the same
with Murray's, White Labs After Shave.

keep this for reference because I know the forms

Got my envie back today from a CK Mondavi $5 turkey rebate today marked return to sender offer expired. The date on envie is dated 2/12/09..offer must be PM'd by 2/15/09 so obviously PM'd in time.
Called CK Mondavi (spoke to Dennis Carr at 1-707-254-2242) and explained this to him and read him details of the offer which I said and did follow exactly. No wine purchase required on this offer it states as well. He said I was the second person to speak to him today about this so obviously there is a problem/glitch somewhere. Said they had used the same clearing house for a long time now but he would issue me a refund check directly to me from CK Mondavi and took my info. There are no state limitations either on the form and no wine purchase required as well.
Just a heads up if you get rejected on the offer below for offer expired when in fact you had it PM'd before deadline, call directly to get it taken care of.

Naked Naturals $7.95 Rebate is returning saying not purchased at approved retailer. On the form it doesn't give a list but when they returned it to me they highlighted it. Go to the page Denials page and there is link, phone number there.
Email from them on 11/9/09: The retailers to which the rebate items were shipped are: CVS, Rite Aid,
Target and Walgreens stores. Any other store was not shipped merchandise
with rebate tags and is therefore not approved for the rebate.

Glo Rebates aren't paying from the
Hollywood FL address. Call their 800 number from
their emails (1 800 781-7529) and complain directly
to the company, you won't get anywhere with the
Fulfillment Center. They asked me to send them
written information on the address I sent them to,
when, the expiration date so I did on 2/4/04. The
man was very upset they rebates weren't being
honored.

Scam Rebaters:
This message came from a fellow trader that
didn't get paid on her Master Card Offer: I just
got "the business" from the woman at Sara Lee
(1-800 328-2426). She said my upcs did not qualify
in this region of the country. The Chock Full of
Nuts were not sold here. So I sent in an illegal
tab.
Well, I told her that Sara Lee was receiving
bad press because they were doing "false
adversiting". I told her that my Mom, 3 of my
friends and I have not received our cards. I also
said that the word around on the Internet Refund
Boards and services is that Sara Lee is not paying.
She said we have sent out over 3 grand (only
$3,000) so far to people who"followed the
directions and did not try to cheat the company."
That did it, I told her that never again would I
purchase a Sara Lee product and that I was going to
let all my friends know on the boards and I hope
you are bombarded by lots of calls about the Image
you are portraying. She really was not a nice
person.
I have checked back on rebate offers I sent
in for Sara Lee and have not been paid on the last
three. This is each persons decision but I for one
am not purchasing anything again from Sara Lee,
besides there are a not better products out there
and those that offer rebates and pay on them, I
feel those are the products we should
support. |

called them. She said her receipt was invalid; it
was required to have some sort of logo on
it. ??? I didn't see that in the
requirements, either.
A trader
called sara lee about the mastercard on monday and
they called me back and said my tapes were invalid
and that i sent old deli selects in didn't make
them anymore yeah, i bought them at walmart, so
they cannot honor my request, told her i would not
be buying their products anymore, she said that was
up tome, they do not care one way or the other. Oh!
Well, my friend said she got hers back right away
and hers is a debit card and her son got his back
and it says at the top it is a credit card, what is
going on here?) |

expired 7/31/04, I was to receive $7.50 back but
only received a check for $1.50. I called YA today
& the lady I spoke w/said they'll be sending me
an additional check for the difference - $6.00 - so
I thought that was pretty nice. The number I called
was 1-800-256-4895. At 1st she said something about
a limit of 1 per household but I explained that the
limit was $7.50 per household, not $1.50. If you
have the same problem w/the rebate check, make sure
you explain that part when you call. |

$3 rebate on Scooby Doo and the Monster of
Mexico rebate ended1/31/04. I sent it in in
December and never received. The number listed on
the form (877-776-0197) is a recording saying
promotions are over and they cannot give any
further information.
Looks like if you didn't get it by now you
aren't. |

help. The website gave one number but a lady shared
this number ( 1-800-441-5449 )and got the operator
and she was told her about her check and she looked

The Scottsdale Fulfillment house always seems
to find a way not to pay on these rebates. Here is
another one that constantly sends out those nasty
little cards with rejects. Schering Plough referred
me to the Over the Counter section, they called me
back and put me in touch with Jennifer Dittman at
jennifer.dittman@cpginc.com. By email she has asked
for addressed, offer number etc. since I do a lot
of rebates. She is investigating and will get back
to me.

Woodbridge Wines by Robert Mondavi has another offer they do not pay on. The offer number is WBRC310008 and it asks you to buy 6 bottles of Woodbridge wine and $75 worth of groceries and get a $15 rebate. They do not pay. They come up with the "Submissions from your state are ineligible". What a bunch of crap. They just don't want to pay after you purchase their wine. They are a member of Vine One. Please let everyone know they don't pay so someone else doesn't get jipped. These wine companies are really ripping off the public. |

Zinssner offers haven't paid on any of their offers from
what I've been told. They sent out a survey to
people but I wrote back, you don't pay I don't do
survey's or buy your products anymore. They have
new offers out for Shields and Perma White.
