Many of the offers are putting print name and addy, many of the clearing houses are rejecting them if you use a sticker so be sure to take note that its better to hand print your forms now that put an address sticker, Why give them another reason to reject you. If they ask for a phone number and you don't want to give that info out change some numbers around, they are just wanting all the blanks filled in.

BE CPIRTEPIS TO OTHER TRADERS:

IF you are posting to trade forms, please put the box number, offer number, amount of rebate, exp and posted or received date. Also if someone is asking for a specific offer number make sure you match it, it has happened to me I thought the form was coming and when it arrived it didn't match and wasn't good in my state.

This is just be courteous to those you want to trade with, otherwise you go back and forth numerous times trying to get the correct information. This happened to me recently and truthfully I still don't think its completed. I would get answers like Yes, well yes to what? then I have some of your forms, well what forms? It really helps to put all the info and use reply if possible or copy and paste the message sent to you, I even copy the post off RS and put it in the email for reference, makes things a whole lot easier to make a trade and close it quick.

UPCS, please identify which ones when you mail out and size, they can always peel the written portion off but many people send these upcs and you have no idea the size, what they are.

I know lots of you forward or replay to emails. Did you ever think when you do this you are sending all these peoples email addresses for these hackers and spammers, those that especially attack the PC's. There are two ways to remove them. 1. Put your curser at the top and use your mouse to select all these addresses and hit delete. Poof they are gone. 2) You can also put your curser at the top and use your mouse to select them all, Mac users is Command C, PC users is Control C or use your pull down menu under edit and select copy. Then paste it into a brand new emails, no paper trail goes with it. 3) When you send to someone else in the Cc section, Mac's have Bcc which means Blind Copy, PC's have it also but I don't think it shows up on your email software, look in your pull down menu, and yahoo and hotmail have it, put the people's address you are sending to in there, that way you are not sending God and everyone around the world you emails for the spammers and hackers to pick up on. I

t was announced on TV today that the Internet will no longer just be english URL's, that's where you type the site you are going to, they are adding, chinese, India, and a few other languages, they did say you will be able to convert them. It will probably be in a software update you get but it might not be updated before these links come out.

Many of you know me and I try to help lots of you find info, if I have it I share, many times if I don't, you don't know it but I go hunting for it just for you. It may helps others also, maybe even me.

Due to my illness I'm not as active and my newsletters rarely come out but my site is being updated with info almost every day because people share links for coupons, internet forms and soon as I open the email I put them up on the website right away. And If you go in and buy something before you have a coupon you can go back with your receipt and your coupon and get credit back for the difference you had originally paid for it. There is no time limit. You can also bring a coupon back for everything you purchased

In addition, we have decided as a company to move our rebate business to another fulfillment house as this company has proven to us that they are not good ambassadors of our brands and what our company stands for. Our customers are far too important to us to allow this to continue.

2/19/06 I meant to mention this before but before there used to be two or three upcs on the Bud and Busch Beer products. They still havae that many but now only one says Proof of Purchase and it has the white backgroung around it and it has a black box all the way around it so they will be able to tell the difference.
Just wanted you to be aware of that so you cut the correct upc for the offers.

9/30/09 Black Velvet, doesn't seem to be paying, a person sent me this info: I just thought I would let you know that everyone around here (in IL) got rejected on the Back Velvet this year sayng it was not good in our state (even though it says good in USA) I called and they said the forms were only put out in certain areas (would not say where, but I suspect out east) and I would have to take it up with the liquore store where I bought the product

21928 Bar Codes (10/12/2009 10:44:23 AM): Overall, sounds good to me - maybe stores will be more agreeable to coupons if tehy finally realize they are being credited for them. Walgreens is so frustrating for me I seldome go there anyways. I don't know anywhere else that it works that way. It also sounds like it might cut down on fraud and I'm all for that.

I'm not sure if I told you about all the unsolicited faxed I have gotten and had always called the number on the bottom to be removed. Well they started up again in the middle of the night and I got really pissed so I contact our phone service who in turn gave me a phone number to call for Federal unsolicited faxes. Keep the copies, in FL I mailed them to the Attorney Generals Office and received a nice letter yesterday for all the info and they will be following up on them. I understand they can be fined $10,000 for each one.

Look in your phone books for Attorney Generals office in your state and call and ask procedures and address to send them too.

If you are on the DO NOT CALL PHONE list you can call 888 382-1222, option 4 and give them the day and phone number and if you get name of what's in caller id, this part not required, you can report them, this is a Federal Offense and they will also get a hefty fine. I called in 4 this week myself. You can only do one at a time but I have a little tablet by the phone to write these numbers down.

5/1/05 A trader sent toothbrush in a padded manila envie (I get lots free from freebies from Pros board) and I stuck an old toothbrush in and mailed it to Colgate with the No Form Needed and a week later they sent me a new 360 fancy one worth $3.99 even has a upc. That was Fast!

1/29/06 Letter to write: No. While this will hurt Mesa, it will benefit the Companies who really don't want us to send for the offers in the first place. We need to contact the mfrs and complain. Send a carbon copy to the clearinghouses. This way, both the clearinghouse and the companies know what is going on.

COUPON TRADERS BEWARE: There is a person that is a company representative trying to prosecute people for trading / selling their coupons. He goes by the name of Chuck, and has contact persons names of Jim, Joel, David and Charles. He tries to obtain 1000+ coupons. Claims to be affiliated with DARE. Doesn't want special prices, only wants to pay full rate at your chosen. Only wants cereal coupons, specifically General Mills and Kelloggs.

Beware of Chuck - DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS STILL HAPPENING BUT THOUGHT I'D LEAVE IT ON SITE

Everything about him is very suspicious. He targets persons' with websites and uses trading boards.

He will get your telephone number and contact you, will restrict the number. Always repeats everything he says to you. (not sure why) Also wants your info, such as address, name, paypal info, etc.

Also, the contact email addresses he gives is returned, not deliverable. However, his address works, freethrownman@msn.com

There has been multiple prosecutions in the southern states of the USA on couponing.

1/1/06 Make copies of all offers going to any of the clearning houses and note on the form before you send it in that you have copies, when you do call them and get someone that is the first thing they ask and if you don't have a copy they won't honor it or talk to you.

Diageo's Fulfillment Center is bouncing checks:

This lady contacted these people:630-605-0971 Fax: 815-577-2310, she then received a call from a person there but I can't give out that information. They ere concerned that the funds were sent from an account with no funds in it. They didn't apologize but she got her money.

They fianlly sent her another check for $5 or the original rebate after she had to contact these people again. Something is sure wrong with the system here.

12/31/07 WARNING: DisneyUniversal Rip Off in Orlando FL Area

Beware of Ticket Booths outside of Disney in Orlando area selling Disney/Universal/etc tickets for less. It is against the law for them to buy peoples partially used ticket from 3-4 day passes, Most are selling all ready used tickets and you are out the money. We just saw this on National TV so P L E A S E don't get ripped off in Orlando. Just buy your tickets at the park. It could otherwise ruin your vacation!!!!!!

Excedrin has been purchased by Novartis and the upc numbers have changed. One lady called them and they said they would honor the rebates so she called the clearing house and told them. Hope it works. Anyway new numbers start with 3-0067, the old ones were 0-19810.

Attorney General Sues Company for Cheating Consumers Out of Rebates

TALLAHASSEE, FL – Attorney General Bill McCollum today sued a Delaware company, Systemax, and its subsidiaries, Tigerdirect and Onrebate, over allegations the companies failed to pay advertised rebates to consumers. Systemax, through Tigerdirect, offers a variety of electronic merchandise for sale at discounted prices though its retail outlets, catalogs and website, www.tigerdirect.com. The company allegedly offered and advertised products with rebate incentives, falsely representing to consumers they would receive the rebates in approximately 8-10 weeks.

After receiving numerous complaints from consumers, the Attorney General’s Economic Crimes Division began investigating the companies in April 2007. Consumer complaints reported that the rebate program was very difficult to navigate and often led to consumers giving up their rights to rebates.

The Attorney General’s lawsuit claims rebate requests received by the company often went unprocessed, allowing the offers to expire. Many requests that did get processed were allegedly processed in a haphazard fashion, causing required supporting documentation to be lost in the process and ultimately resulting in denied rebates. Consumers calling the company to inquire about their rebates reported they were routinely required to wait on hold for a customer service representative for an hour or more, only to be mislead about the status of their rebate and told nothing could be done for them.

The Attorney General is seeking a permanent injunction against Systemax and its subsidiaries which would prevent them from unreasonably denying or delaying proper rebate payments. Additionally, the Attorney General has asked for full restitution to consumers, reimbursement for attorneys’ fees and costs associated with the investigation, and significant civil fines for the company’s willful violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Consumers who have been victimized by this or other rebate programs are encouraged to file a complaint with the Attorney General by calling 1-866-NO-SCAM or by filing a complaint online at http://www.myfloridalegal.com.

Well the crooks have found a way to rob you of your gift card balance. If you buy Gift Cards from a display rack that has various store cards you may become a victim of theft. Crooks are now jotting down the card numbers in the store and then wait a few days and call to see how much of a balance THEY have on the card. Once they find the card is "activated", and then they go online and start shopping. You may want to purchase your card from a customer service person, where they do not have the Gift Cards viewable to the public. Please share this with all your family and friends...

You have to call Hollywood, Fl clearing house and speek to Nellie (1-866-782-5610). She she will go over the rebate request that you haved submitted and send out checks. I asked why I had to call to get my rebates... after all some were sent in at the first of the year...I asked why they do not send out checks until someone calls...she said they do send out checks, and I said...not to me!!!

After speeking to NELLIE, this lady then called ANN at FOREST GLEN ..... I asked why they use a clearing house that is obviosly out screw people over...ANN was so very nice and said that they had had many calls lately about the clearing house and that she wishes more people would call so she could present the facts to the powers that be...she did not ask a lot of questions, I do not keep a copy of my rebates, just a list of the ones that I send off and where and when I get paid. The only ones that I had not been paid on, or at least a rejection note from, were the Hollywood, Fl ones. Ann said that she personaly would see that I was paid on the 72.00 spring rebate ASAP! Sometimes when I call about rebates the person wants the time of day I was born and everything down to my sex life....Forest Glenn ANN was not at all like that.

I do hope that more people will call these two numbers so maybe we will get paid for the rebates that we have done over the past year or so....

Kahlua changed the color just slightly on their bottles and the narrow upc on the back is like a foil instead of the paper, its really hard to get off I'm told.

Keebler/E & J Gallo and others that are sponsored by wine but you buy something else

I had the same thing happen to me. It is so important to know what company sponsors the cracker, meat, seafood or whatever offer because it is considered a wine offer even though you don't have to buy the wine. Also, they say they don't have to print the valid states on the form because the verbage on the form clears them of that responsibility. My response to that is "bull".

This is the same tactic used by the Canandaigua Wine Company.

I cannot understand why these companies want to drive away customers. Why offer the rebate at all. Of course, probably in their eyes, they got you to buy the product and they don't care if you get your rebate.

LIPTON TO GO BOX 420524 WAS A MISS PRINT - I got one back and you can do three of these with forms you need to call 1 888 LIPTONTEA, listen to the prompts and get a real live person and let her know you got it back and since there is a limit of 3 per household until 4/30/10 she is sending me my $5 check and an envelop to put my other upcs and forms in when I do the other 2 and it will be sent directly to them. The PO Box is wrong and they are not opening another one to have them transferred.

Thought this was good info to pass along so keep bumping so others can read when they get theirs returned box closed.

The number I called is 410-884-9463. That number is for A.V. Imports,. Inc. who handles Luna Di Luna wines in the US. That girl who answered said someone named Becky on X7568 handles the Luna Di Luna account. I left her a voice message because "she was not in the office". Needless to say she never called me back. A.V. Imports, Inc. is at the bottom of Luna Di Luna's website. I sent them 3 emails on their website - never got an answer. Originally, I sent the rebate request went to

It is only $18 rebate but it's the principle of the thing that bothers me. I wonder how many other people have had the same problem.

I hope you can get the word out to people not to buy Luna Di Luna or any products that A.V. Imports, Inc. handles.

8/31/09 COUNT YOUR PILLS!!!!!!! This has been happening to me especially on the mail in prescriptions. I was coming up short and having to pay extra to get a 7 day supply so I started counting the pills and have been shorted anywhere from 2 to 25 pills. I've talk to some seniors and they have started counting them and are finding this also in your local pharmacies. Those machines they use don't always work right per the size of the pill and I suspect are not recalibrated. I just got stung by Medco Health on 5 pills because I complained too often and their pharmist that filled it said he counted them twice. We could three times and still came up short 5 pills. I've contact Florida Insurance Commissioners office but they can just contact the provider United Health Care, I've called my ex-employer and they tried to get it resolve to no avail to right now its at a second level appeal at Medco Health. If I don't get my pills I think the next step will be our local television station.

Almost all e-mails that ask you to add your name and forward on to others are similar to that mass letter years ago that asked people to send business cards to the little kid in Florida who wanted to break the Guinness Book of Records for the most cards. All it was, andall this type of e-mail is, is to get names and "cookie" tracking info for tele-marketers and spammers to validate active e-mail accounts for their own purposes.

Any time you see an e-mail that says forward this on to "10" of your friends, sign this petition, or you'll get good luck, or whatever, it has either an e-mail tracker program attached that tracks the cookies and e-mails of those folks you forward to,or the host sender is getting a copy each time it gets forwarded and then is able to get lists of "active" e-mails to use in spam e-mails, or sell to others that do.

Please forward this notice to others and you will be providing a good service to your friends, and will be rewarded by not getting 30,000 spam e-mails in the future.

This form is asking for your drivers license number, ABSOLUTELY DON'T give that information, it is just asking for identify theft and they are not allowed to ask for that or your social security info per the new HEPA laws.This form asks for all kinds of personal information and it is a requirement to send in your driver's license # or state issued ID card. Rain-X Wiper Blades and other Rain-x product Offer 716 exp 5/20/07 is hard to intrepret but I called the number on the form and was told you must submit 2 upcs from wiper blades and another product. If the upc can't be removed, they don't have an answer on that as yet.

11/29/04 Refund Offers: When the offers have the same po box and a letter like A after it, it just means its a store designated or area designated and you should only do one. Same on the pad versus the internet forms, they will only count them as one. Usually if they are different po boxes complete they will be honored. Sometimes if the po boxes are the same and the expiration date different like the Vlasic offers, those will be honored. Here is wording from email: I just called the number for unilever and she looked it up for me. I had sent in 3 forms all were differendt address and 2 were different experations dates. But all three were for the same products. Two were for 11.50 and one for 14.00 dollars. She said they were all the same form and would not give me my other offers. Just enough to make up for eleven. So people should not waist there time and money sending in more that one. I really don't understand it myself but she was firm about it. So just thought you might like to know. The offer was advertised on 1 Sale a Day in July 2009. and on local Buffalo TV station.

The phone number listed in the form 877-295-4932, is an automated response just indicates it
cannot match the information one inputs with their rebates. It offers to connect to a customer
service rep. but the connection returns a message call back during business hours--It was during
business hours! Next a message that they are unable to respond due to circumstances beyond their control.

The web site : <www.rebatestatus.com> listed on the rebate form will not connect and times out .

When I was surfing the web the other night looking for some information for the website I noticed that if you might have your web pages, postings on the forums, website urls, etc. the search engines will pickthem up and you can find just about anything up there so be careful what you post on a forum and what you put on your webpages. These search engines are so powerful now that even if you don't list your site with them they can pick up information. People that start slamming smeone could possible copy the information and bring a lawsuite for defamation of character. I know I was surprised what I found and when I tried to contact this one person about her link it said I was not eligilbe to use that site. Just words for though!!!

10/13/09 A trader just spoke with David Bradley, the customer service rep from Craft Brands Alliance, the people doing all those Widmer/Redhook/Kona beer rebates. 800-943-6371 He had rejected a rebate of mine because I live in a NBPR state and had send in a receipt from a BPR state, using the NBPR address. I emailed the Alcoholic Beverage Control here in NJ and learned that he is correct, that it is the state of the receipt that "counts" - so I asked him a few specific questions and thought I would share with you all. I can use a FL address as long as I submit a NJ receipt and I will be paid. I can resubmit the deli sides rebate that I was rejected on without another form as long as I include a note and a NJ receipt. I also asked him for a start date on these rebates. They expire 12/09 and I first saw them 7/09. He said no start date was printed on the forms and I can submit anything dated 2009....which is great!!

10/31/09	BE CPIRTEPIS TO OTHER TRADERS: IF you are posting to trade forms, please put the box number, offer number, amount of rebate, exp and posted or received date. Also if someone is asking for a specific offer number make sure you match it, it has happened to me I thought the form was coming and when it arrived it didn't match and wasn't good in my state. This is just be courteous to those you want to trade with, otherwise you go back and forth numerous times trying to get the correct information. This happened to me recently and truthfully I still don't think its completed. I would get answers like Yes, well yes to what? then I have some of your forms, well what forms? It really helps to put all the info and use reply if possible or copy and paste the message sent to you, I even copy the post off RS and put it in the email for reference, makes things a whole lot easier to make a trade and close it quick. UPCS, please identify which ones when you mail out and size, they can always peel the written portion off but many people send these upcs and you have no idea the size, what they are. I know lots of you forward or replay to emails. Did you ever think when you do this you are sending all these peoples email addresses for these hackers and spammers, those that especially attack the PC's. There are two ways to remove them. 1. Put your curser at the top and use your mouse to select all these addresses and hit delete. Poof they are gone. 2) You can also put your curser at the top and use your mouse to select them all, Mac users is Command C, PC users is Control C or use your pull down menu under edit and select copy. Then paste it into a brand new emails, no paper trail goes with it. 3) When you send to someone else in the Cc section, Mac's have Bcc which means Blind Copy, PC's have it also but I don't think it shows up on your email software, look in your pull down menu, and yahoo and hotmail have it, put the people's address you are sending to in there, that way you are not sending God and everyone around the world you emails for the spammers and hackers to pick up on. I t was announced on TV today that the Internet will no longer just be english URL's, that's where you type the site you are going to, they are adding, chinese, India, and a few other languages, they did say you will be able to convert them. It will probably be in a software update you get but it might not be updated before these links come out. Many of you know me and I try to help lots of you find info, if I have it I share, many times if I don't, you don't know it but I go hunting for it just for you. It may helps others also, maybe even me. Due to my illness I'm not as active and my newsletters rarely come out but my site is being updated with info almost every day because people share links for coupons, internet forms and soon as I open the email I put them up on the website right away. 2/19/06	I meant to mention this before but before there used to be two or three upcs on the Bud and Busch Beer products. They still havae that many but now only one says Proof of Purchase and it has the white backgroung around it and it has a black box all the way around it so they will be able to tell the difference. Just wanted you to be aware of that so you cut the correct upc for the offers.

2/12/06	I'm not sure if I told you about all the unsolicited faxed I have gotten and had always called the number on the bottom to be removed. Well they started up again in the middle of the night and I got really pissed so I contact our phone service who in turn gave me a phone number to call for Federal unsolicited faxes. Keep the copies, in FL I mailed them to the Attorney Generals Office and received a nice letter yesterday for all the info and they will be following up on them. He goes by the name of Chuck, and has contact persons names of Jim, Joel, David and Charles. He tries to obtain 1000+ coupons. Claims to be affiliated with DARE. Doesn't want special prices, only wants to pay full rate at your chosen. Only wants cereal coupons, specifically General Mills and Kelloggs. Beware of Chuck - DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS STILL HAPPENING BUT THOUGHT I'D LEAVE IT ON SITE Everything about him is very suspicious. He targets persons' with websites and uses trading boards. He will get your telephone number and contact you, will restrict the number. Always repeats everything he says to you. (not sure why) Also wants your info, such as address, name, paypal info, etc. Also, the contact email addresses he gives is returned, not deliverable. However, his address works, freethrownman@msn.com There has been multiple prosecutions in the southern states of the USA on couponing.

They ere concerned that the funds were sent from an account with no funds in it. They didn't apologize but she got her money. They fianlly sent her another check for $5 or the original rebate after she had to contact these people again. Something is sure wrong with the system here. It is against the law for them to buy peoples partially used ticket from 3-4 day passes, Most are selling all ready used tickets and you are out the money. 8/31/09	COUNT YOUR PILLS!!!!!!! This has been happening to me especially on the mail in prescriptions. I was coming up short and having to pay extra to get a 7 day supply so I started counting the pills and have been shorted anywhere from 2 to 25 pills. I've talk to some seniors and they have started counting them and are finding this also in your local pharmacies. Those machines they use don't always work right per the size of the pill and I suspect are not recalibrated. I just got stung by Medco Health on 5 pills because I complained too often and their pharmist that filled it said he counted them twice. We could three times and still came up short 5 pills. I've contact Florida Insurance Commissioners office but they can just contact the provider United Health Care, I've called my ex-employer and they tried to get it resolve to no avail to right now its at a second level appeal at Medco Health. If I don't get my pills I think the next step will be our local television station.

Any time you see an e-mail that says forward this on to "10" of your friends, sign this petition, or you'll get good luck, or whatever, it has either an e-mail tracker program attached that tracks the cookies and e-mails of those folks you forward to,or the host sender is getting a copy each time it gets forwarded and then is able to get lists of "active" e-mails to use in spam e-mails, or sell to others that do. Please forward this notice to others and you will be providing a good service to your friends, and will be rewarded by not getting 30,000 spam e-mails in the future. 1/11/07	Just a word to the wise. E-mail petitions are NOT acceptable to Congress or any other municipality. To be acceptable petitions must have a signed signature and full address. This form is asking for your drivers license number, ABSOLUTELY DON'T give that information, it is just asking for identify theft and they are not allowed to ask for that or your social security info per the new HEPA laws.This form asks for all kinds of personal information and it is a requirement to send in your driver's license # or state issued ID card. They say it is required by law - maybe in Tennesse it is - I don't know. Will be working on contacting the company.

11/29/04	Refund Offers: When the offers have the same po box and a letter like A after it, it just means its a store designated or area designated and you should only do one. Same on the pad versus the internet forms, they will only count them as one. Usually if they are different po boxes complete they will be honored. Sometimes if the po boxes are the same and the expiration date different like the Vlasic offers, those will be honored. Here is wording from email: I just called the number for unilever and she looked it up for me. I had sent in 3 forms all were differendt address and 2 were different experations dates. But all three were for the same products. Two were for 11.50 and one for 14.00 dollars. She said they were all the same form and would not give me my other offers. Just enough to make up for eleven. So people should not waist there time and money sending in more that one. I really don't understand it myself but she was firm about it. So just thought you might like to know. She said if another form came out again I might be able to do it. Since it would be another month. So I am a little leary

The phone number listed in the form 877-295-4932, is an automated response just indicates it cannot match the information one inputs with their rebates. It offers to connect to a customer service rep. but the connection returns a message call back during business hours--It was during business hours! Next a message that they are unable to respond due to circumstances beyond their control. The web site : <www.rebatestatus.com> listed on the rebate form will not connect and times out . Thanks for listening. I think I will contact RIM directly and let them know what a bummer their rebate offer was.
