Summary of Northwood School bus routes for 2007-2008 School year is complete.  Please remember, changes may still occur...so check the web site before the startup of school.  Check back with use late August of 2008 for any changes for the new school year 2008-09.
 
All buses will arrive at school at approximately the same time in the morning and in the afternoon the buses will all be leaving at dismissal time!

(2008-09 routes will reamin the same, but a few may see route number changes, due to the direction of travel with other buses.  Some stops are holding up other routes...so stay tuned!!!)

                IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOUR CHILD BE AT THE APPROPRIATE BUS STOP AND RIDE THE BUS THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL TO LEARN THEIR BUS NUMBER FOR DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL IN THE P.M.       

            WITH OVERLAPPING BUS ROUTES,  YOU MAY SEE ANOTHER BUS GO BY,  PLEASE BE PATIENT, YOUR BUS WILL BE ALONG SOON.  EACH SCHOOL YEAR , IT TAKES A WEEK OF SCHOOL BEFORE THE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES BECOME REGULAR.  SEATS WILL BE  ASSIGNED.   A NOTE IS REQUIRED FOR A CHILD TO BE LET OFF AT A DIFFERENT BUS STOP.  PLEASE REVIEW THE TRANSPORTATION SECTION OF YOU CHILDS HANDBOOK TO INSURE YOUR CHILD RIDES THE BUS SAFELY.

 

GRADES K-4  WILL NOT BE LET OFF  ALONE UNLESS A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IS AT THE STOP. WRITTEN PERMISSION MUST BE ON FILE WITH NORTHWOOD TRANSPORTATION AND NORTHWOOD SCHOOL TO DROP OFF A CHILD ALONE OR WITH ANY PERSON BESIDES A PARENT.  EACH SCHOOL YEAR, A NEW NOTE IS NEEDED.

 

 SCHOOL EMERGENCY FORMS DO NOT APPLY TO THE AUTHORIZATION NEEDED.
