Nittany Track & Field (Mid-Atlantic USATF Club #08-0147) is a non-profit club for young athletes 8 to 18 years old. Club's main objective is to foster a positive, fun, and supportive atmosphere for training and athletic growth. The club coaches encourage kids to set personal goals and develop discipline and techniques needed to reach those goals. This training program is suitable to all levels of ability and experience.

CRPR all-comers youth cross country meet
Saturday morning - September 6th!
High School Cross Country Course
Races and times:
8:30 am - Ages 8 and under - 2k
9:00 am - Ages 9-10 and 11-12 - 3k
9:30 am - Ages 13-14 - 4k
Arrive half-hour before your race to warm up.
Participation is free. Parents will need to sign a waiver
Ribbons to all finishers!

Note: This event is open to public - you do not need to be
a member of NTF to participate.
NTF will still have afternoon practice Saturday at 4 pm.

Monday - 5:45-7:15 pm
Wednesday - 5:45-7:15 pm
Thursday - 5:45-7:15 pm
Saturday - 4:00-5:30 pm
Sunday - 4:00-5:30 pm

Things needed for practice
- good running shoes
(recommended source: Rapid Transit Sports on Allen St.)
- water bottle
- warm-up clothes for cold weather
