Installation Information
WAM AL II is very user friendly. Standard packaging is 55 pound bags, and bulk packaging is available. Water
is the only thing that has to be mixed with the material in the bag, and mixing time is only a minute or two. It is
designed for vibration casting at about 15% water addition, but there is plenty of room for field adjustment to suit
installation conditions. The curing process is exothermic and will complete in 4 to 8 hours. A straight
ramp heat up to facilitate drying is required, and the ramp up can generally run at about 30 degrees F per hour. contact
