Warning Message:The Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect until 10 am EST this
morning. 
A mixture of rain...sleet...and freezing rain will quickly change
to snow towards daybreak. Snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches is
possible today.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow...sleet...or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.

WarningSum:...Wind Advisory Remains In Effect Until 9 Pm Est This Evening...

Warning Message:A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 PM EST this evening. 
An area of low pressure off the Delmarva coast this morning will
rapidly intensify today as it slowly lifts northeast off the New
Jersey coast by this evening. As a result of this rapid
strengthening...winds will increase dramatically this afternoon
and continue into the evening hours with winds of 20 to 30 mph
with gust 40 to 45 mph possible. Expect winds to decrease later
this evening as the area of low pressure slowly moves east away
from the coast.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or higher are
expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...
especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
