Design Rates and Terms
Most work is done on a Fixed-Bid basis An average job works out to about 3 to 5% of the total project cost. Plan on spending $3,000 to $7,500 per project for construction plans, site plans, engineers stamp, and expediting.
At Crow'sfoot Design, we provide personal and professional service. From full-size stamped plans to architectural photographs for historic approval.
Submitting Plans
To assist clients, Crow'sfoot design will work with an owner to facilitate plan submission. We will attend review meetings and answer design questions as needed. Our goal is to help make the permitting and approval process as pleasant as posssible.
