Electronic Music

Peter Gulch (pix) had been involved in electronic music since 1980 when he first got an ARP AXXE and formed the band "The Nightcrawlers". Up until 1991 the Nightcrawlers released 3 record albumns and 35+ cassette recordings. A double CD of the three Nightcrawlers' albums has been released on the Mannikin label in Germany in 1997. The Nightcrawlers disbanded in 1991. Two former bands that he worked with were "Xisle" and "The Ministry of Inside Things". These two bands specialized in a particular genre of electronic music called "space music". He has also co-released a CD entitled Regeneration Mode with another synthesist from MOIT (Chuck van Zyl). These recordings are released on the SYNKRONOS music label which he owns with Chuck van Zyl as chief administrator. For information on how to obtain these recordings please send him e-mail. A brief interview can be found at the Sonic Curiosity site.
