Word-processing skills include OpenOffice, MSWord, WordPerfect, and XyWrite. Tagging skills include ASCII, HTML, and XML. Electronic and hard copy files are supplied: printing is on a Hewlett-Packard OfficeJet 5510 printer; electronic delivery is via wireless, DSL, and 56Kbps modem.
