Once again this week the tool of deception is being used by republicans. Raising the issue of moveon.org and the General Patreus ad is just to deflect from the real debate. We shoulfd all keep our eye on the ball. The ball is getting a successful conclusion to this conflict. Let's stop calling it a war. Time is now for a drawdown leading to a complete withdrawal of most troops by summer. Congress has to start legislation to enact a complete and speedy withdrawal of all nonessential troops. There will be a need for training, and support for those training. Plus there will be a need for some troops to police and protect our diplomats and on-site interest.

This war will end when the politicians stop worrying about be the majority party. The policy of opposition destruction is starting to fade. Many good senators and representives are already signaling their deisre to call it quits. So Stay Tuned and expect action in the halls of congress within the next six months.
