HOME INSPECTION--is a very important and critical step in purchasing a home. We will
perform a visual home inspection of the exterior and interior house areas in accordance with the ASHI standards areas as follows:
- EXTERIOR- Roof, siding, grading, gutters, etc.
- INTERIOR- Basement structure, plumbing, heating, A/C, attic and individual rooms, etc.
Typically an average size house will take approximately 2-4 hours to inspect and we inspect the house with
the buyer present. Our final report format is a customized narrative and checklist printed word document custom for
each house. We also E-mail the final report for a fast response and supplement with photo's where required.
RADON TESING- Requires all windows in test area, typically the basement be
closed 12 hours prior to testing. We use electronic testing equipment with reported test results within hours of test
conclusion.
