POLICY
Rates based on 1-2 persons per room. Extra person $5.00 per night.
3 night minimum stay.
State and local taxes are additional (currently 12%).
Reservation deposit - - $50.00 (non refundable), balance due upon arrival.
(Payable in U.S. Funds, cash, or traveler’s checks)
No refunds/credits due to weather conditions or other acts of God.
Sorry, no pets.
