Yes, Bud is a mannequin. After being 'rescued' from his former life as a Montgomery Wards' model, he's travelled the world with D.S. Bakker as a good-will ambassador.

D.S. Bakker has an educational slide show about Bud's adventures. LLW thought music would make a nice addition. This is the result.
