54 Steps is a four piece classic
and original rock band located in the Tidewater area of Virginia, and was officially reformed in Hampton Roads during the
summer of 2001. This line-up of musicians blend their own individual talent to provide the audience with a powerful
stage show. Strong musical influences from former bands "The
Beatles" and "Creedence Clearwater Revival" and steadfast artists " Neil Young", "Tom Petty" , "John Mellencamp" and
"The Rolling Stones" can be heard in each perfomrnace. These influences , along with the band's own material , provide a unique
blending of classic and modern classic rock n' roll that pivots the crowd onto the dance floor everywhere 54 Steps play.
Their music has been described by many as "no frills rock n' roll" and their
professional stage presence is backed by state of the art sound and light equipment .
