1937 Megow's Quaker Flash


Built from a Ben Buckle kit and flown with a 3 channel R/C system (Rudder/Elevator/Throttle)
67" wingspan, powered by a Saito FA-40 4 stroke engine
Finished in Transparent Yellow Solarfilm with Monokote Deep Red trim
I love the way this plane looks with the forward swept landing gear (designed to prevent breaking of the propeller in case of a bad landing)
I wrote a short construction article about this model which will later be transferred to my website
This little plane is simply a joy to fly and is my favorite. Totally relaxing as it flys at 1/3 throttle.
