from candidates interested in the board of directors, consultants, members and supporters.

Theory:

According to complexity theory our species forms a complex system. Complexity theory indicates the problems seen in modern civilization are really symptoms of slow cultural transmission. Over population, pollution, most crime, war, consumerism etc. result from poor information skills and limited choices. Increasing the rate of cultural transmission is by definition cultural evolution. According to psychogenic theory we can accelerate human cultural evolution by optimizing early childhood development (ECD).

The best strategy for solving our problems is to improve the performance of this system - species human. We will be exploiting the strongest link between our present culture and a sustainable one. The direct link between our current culture and a future sustainable culture based on an information economy is the intellectual development of our children. In our present culture intellectual development is considered the key to success. The key to achieving a sustainable culture is to insure that all humans (agents) can communicate fluently using language; speech, reading and writing; Mathematics and music.

Using the framework of complexity theory we can specify our system by defining the initial conditions, Constraints, Drivers, Dampers, Feedback Loops and Goals.

CFV is dedicated to social change by awaking humanity to it's true potential. We must change ourselves to start the process of creating a balenced culture. eliminating poverty, hunger, ignorance, and war on the planet. To insure equality between the sexes. To insure that each child born on the planet is guaranteed the resources needed to reach their full potential.

We will create a subculture which will grow and evolve to achieve three goals.

• Socialize our children better, faster and more efficiently.
• Minimize the use of earth's resources
• Propagate our subculture to mainstream

The expectation is that if 10,000 children enter local are colleges between the ages of 10 and 14, then the American people, their government and the world the wisdom of beginning school at birth. Not only is it wise but the only real national defense of our economy.

Note: Socilization is not a magic bullet but only the first step in solving our problems.
