I run a small farm in the heart of wine country in the rolling hills of Yamhill County. I was raised with animals and always dreamed of farm life while growing up in the city of San Jose.

As a young teen I bought and trained my first horse with the help of an experienced horseperson. I started entering horse shows and was quite pleased of my placings given I did every thing from the ground up. I went on to   training / showing dogs and won some high in trials agian pleased with my accomplishments. In 1990 I moved to the farm were I am now. One of the places the dog world took me was Herding which lead me to the sheep. Now 12 years later here I am. For a few years I took my sheep into the show ring and did very well.

My high light of my sheep showing career was when my ram Rolling Hills Carson won the group class at OFFF in Canby.

The First Jacob Sheep to ever win that class in the history of OFFF! Wow! What a feeling that was and still is. As I've gotten older the wear and tear on my back has gotten the better of me so, I've really backed off taking my sheep to the shows.

I will continue to breed Reg. BFL's that are show quality but on a smaller scale and I will have BFL crosses available as well.
