It's TEA Time

I believe in a doctrine of Tolerance, Equality and Acceptance.  I believe in striving to do what is right and good and never intentionally hurting anyone physically, mentally or emotionally.

T  olerance
     My ministry is all about tolerance.  Tolerance of all others regardless of race, beliefs, gender, or gender orientation.  It is not our place to judge others, we are to leave that to a more supreme being.

E  quality
     With tolerance comes equlity.  Equality regardless of social or monetary status.

A  cceptance
     With tolerance and equality comes acceptance.  Acceptance of all other beings for who and what they are.

There is no need to minister to the saved.

Hatred takes too much energy - I am too lazy for that.

`Ye do not make to yourselves idols; and graven image or standing image ye do not set up to yourselves; and a stone of imagery ye do not put in your land, to bow yourselves to it; for I [am] Jehovah your God. Leviticus 26:1

We must live with the dangers that come with freedom - Matt Martin

 "I discovered what "I Love You" really means.  It means I put you and your interests and your comfort ahead of my own interests and my own comfort because I love you.  What does this mean?  I love you.  What does this mean?
Think.  We use this expression very carelessly.  LOVE has nothing to do with what your are expecting to get - only with what you are expecting to give - which is everything.  What you receive in return varies.  But really has no connection with what you give.  You give because you love and cannot help giving. If you are very lucky, you may be loved back.  That is delicious, but it does not necessarily happen.  It really implies total devotion.  And total is all encompasing - the good of you, and the bad of you.  I am aware that I must include the bad.
He didn't like this or that - I changed this or that.  They might be qualities which I personally valued.  It did not matter. I changed them.
Food - we ate what he liked.
We did what he liked.
We lived life which he liked.
This gave me pleasure.  The thought that this was pleasing him. "

Katherine Hepburn speaking of her feelings for Spencer Tracy

IF
By Rudyard Kipling

If you can keep your head when all about you

      Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,

      But make allowance for their doubting too;

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

      Or, being lied about, don’t deal in lies,

Or, being hated, don’t give way to hating,

      And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream-and not make dreams your master;

      if you can think-and not make thoughts your aim;

If you can meet with triumph and disaster

      And treat those two impostors just the same;

If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken

      Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,

Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,

      And stoop and build them up with worn out tools,

If you can make one heap of all your winnings

      And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,

And lose, and start again at your beginnings

      And never breathe a word about your loss;

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew

      To serve your turn long after they are gone,

And so hold on when there is nothing in you

      Except the Will which says to them: “Hold on”;

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,

      Or walk with kings-nor lose the common touch;

If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;

      If all men count with you, but none too much;

If you can fill the unforgiving minute

      With sixty seconds worth of distance run-

Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,

                                                          And-which is more-you’ll be a Man, my son.

Candles (Unknown)

A basket of candles that come in a pair

In all different colors, for you two to share

The white ones burn first

They are wrapped in white lace

To celebrate your first married night

In your new chosen place.

The green pair is taller, and also much thinner

Burn with the first company, you have over for dinner.

The dark blue candles are for after your first fight

Use them to burn while making up all night.

Pink candles set the mood and pave the way

For your first married Valentine’s day.

Now, when your first year of marriage is through

The cream anniversary pair, will light for you two.

Red candles aflame, both your futures are bright

Celebrate promotions you worked toward with all your might.

By this time we hope, maybe, just maybe

You can light the purple ones, on the birth of your baby.

And just when you thought you’d put these away

Take the light blue ones out-for-your fifth anniversary day.

                      Now just one more pair left - for the big 25

The anniversary pair that will keep your love alive.

Congratulations Jason and Lauren

On the start of your forever

May the two of you always be happy together

And burn these candles

Just the way we said
But please don’t forget blow them out before bed!
