#2605 Cranberry Opalescent "EASON" oil stand lamp

Very nice Cranberry Opalescent "EASON" oil stand lamp. Condition: the font has no chips, dings, cracks etc., it does have some discoloration spots from the manufacture process; the base has 5 bottom chips and 1 small ding which has a hairline on the outside of the base about 1/4" long, some unbroken bubbles in the glass of the base and stem and 1 small chip where the stem meets the base. Some of the base chips are outlined in one of the photos. An example of this lamp in a blue finger style can be seen in Thuro's "Oil Lamps II" on page 101. Period #1 burner and chimney, chimney has roughness on the bottom rim. Approximate size: 8.5" to top of the collar, the font is 5" wide and the base is 4.75" wide. Shipping weight: 5 lbs. $495.00
