#3132 1/6 Plate Daguerreotype seated woman with folded arms

Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a seated woman with folded arms and holding a small book. Some gilding to the books and items on the table. Which raises the question what exactly is the taller gilded object on the table, I have no idea what it is. Housed in a nice full case with wear along some edges with an original spine. CONDITION: the plate is in very good condition,. One spot on her wrist. New glass and sealed with P-90. The plate has some red wax(?) residue on the back. $125.00
