Term's and Conditions

1. By using services provided by Matrix Webdesign, you demonstrate that you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document.

2. Matrix Webdesign reserves the right to terminate your account if you make inappropriate or unreasonable use of services provided by Matrix Webdesign.

3. Inappropriate or unreasonable use of services includes: providing copyrighted materials without authorization, providing obscene or offensive materials (e.g. pornographic materials), materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the proper authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such determinations will be binding on the customer, not Matrix Webdesign.

4. Matrix Webdesign is not responsible for any interruption of service beyond its control, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss.

5. The customer will fully indemnify Matrix Webdesign against liability (of any nature), which may befall Matrix Webdesign as a result of the customer's legal or illegal use of the services.

6. "Spamming" or any type of UCE (Unsolicited commercial e-mail), is strictly prohibited, and the customer's account may be closed immediately if the customer is found to be doing so.

7. Failure to abide by any of terms outlined in this document may result in termination of service without refund.

8. Matrix Webdesign reserves the right to alter these terms of conditions at any time and without notice. The current terms of conditions will always be available. It is the customers responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure compliance.
