Township Meetings:

• The Robinson Township supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. at Fort Cherry High School auditorium for the third hearing on Robinson Power Co.'s application for permits to build a coal waste-fired power plant in the township.
• The Robinson Township (Washington County) Township meetings are the 2nd Monday of the month - 7:00 p.m. at 8700 Noblestown Road.

• The Robinson Township (Washington County) Planning Commission meetings are usually held on the 1st Monday of the month - 7:00 p.m. at 8700 Noblestown Road.

Important Milestones:

05/03/2005 - An appeal is filed by Cathy Lodge to protest the DEP's approval of the Beech Hollow Energy Project's construction plan.

01/2006 - After many long, hard months of research and effort, the appeal was unfortunately withdrawn due to a lack of financial funding. We will continue our efforts to educate the community about the dangers associated with power plants and fly ash dumps.
