After being awakened by a heart-pounding dream about a dam being destroyed, renowned psychic Clarene Davis knows she has to act quickly to prevent it from turning loose a torrent of devastation on a peaceful valley.

Working with a Sheriff's Detective, she digs up enough information to lead her to the culprit. As she desperately tries to stop him, more dreams add vivid details of the death and destruction that will follow if she fails.
