Why we need your Email Address
To Our Valued Subscribers:
We value and respect your privacy. It is not our policy to bombard customers with "Spam" but we would like to cut the cost of postage on a few important items we would have mailed to you anyway, like written material that is too detailed for a voice mailbox.
Occasionally we find it difficult to contact a customer by ordinary telephone service. We may also develop newsletters or other items of probable interest to you, that could best be sent via Email. It is also a handy way to send you confirmation of a requested update to your Call List, etc. Lou often works late at night and would not want to bother customers at those hours. Email is a silent and efficient way to wrap things up.
To provide your address, just send us a brief Email.
1. Tell us if it is ok to send you "broadcast" type newsletters. Unless you say no newsletters, we will assume it is ok. You can unsubscribe later if you lose interest.
2. Give us an idea how frequently you check for incoming Email.
3. Even if you don't want general newsletters, we would appreciate having your Email address on file in case a specific matter comes up that we believe directly affects you. Runaway digital dialers and missed auto tests are prime examples, because they both tie up your voice phone line. (We've had situations where we had to physically go to a customers' premise to inform them of a problem!)
In some cases, Email may be the most practical and timely way to let you know of a problem.
Privacy Policy: Your Name and Email address will not be sold to anyone else, especially a marketer, without your permission. We may find it necessary or expedient to give it to an employee, partner or involved party in our normal conduct of business with you. If we do, we can not control where it goes after that. If we later sell the company as a whole, merge with another company, or transfer your account to another dealer, your Email address will be part of the permanent customer records we pass along. This privacy policy will be part of the conditions of any such transfer.
