Roger F. Fredette, Jr.
April 9, 1948 - July 10, 2005

In Memory of My Beloved Brother

Known to most in his later years as Roger, but to his family he will always be just "Butch".  Born to Roger F. Fredette, Sr. and Barbara (Fredette) Brophy in Holyoke, MA (Providence Hospital).  The second of six siblings, he was the second eldest and the oldest male.  In his youth he lived in Holyoke, while his teen years were spent growing up in Brimfield at Sherman Lake.  He attended Tantasqua Regional High School in Sturbridge where he walked the halls of the Vocational Department and graduated in 1967.  He served in the US Navy from 1968 to 1972 and was a veteran of the Viet Nam War.  At passing, he resided in Brockton. He leaves many loved ones, who cherished his wit, his smile and his laughter.  His love for living showed when he walked in a room.  He truly was an artist of many talents, one of which will always hold close to my heart, his harmonica playing.
