In the mid 1960’s, Robert Brown co-directed this play with the play’s
author and Robert’s long-time friend, Carroll O’Connor. The comic piece
combined the stories of several residents of the Hanover Towers apartment, and
was the inspiration for Neil Simon’s Plaza Suite, which debuted a few
years later. Lee Merriwether starred, and the play was produced in Los Angeles
by Gordon Davidson.
