5/23/05   Whew...what a night.  These babies finally started being born around 1:15 am and just when I thought we were through, there were MORE.  Just about 2 am and I think we're done.  A couple of rough spots, but all in all everything went Ok.  Time for a nap...see ya.  Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

6/19/05   So....tomorrow these pups will be 4 weeks old and already they're starting to walk around.  Well..it's kinda like walking.  More like stumbling really.  You'd think that sombody "spiked" their milk or something.  Uh oh...gotta go.  Looks like feeding time again.  Bye!!

7/18/05 Update:  Well, today my pups are 8 weeks old.  "Happy Birthday kids."  In the last couple of days 4 puppies have found new homes and families.  I'm very sad to see them go, but the new owners all seem like really great people and some of them even have an adult boxer already in their family.  Hmmm.....maybe a long lost relative or something.

7/18/05 Late Breaking News:  Koko is gonna stay!!!  Koko is gonna stay!!!  Hooooooorrrraaaaay...we're gonna have a new puppy around the house.
Uhhhh.......who's gonna clean up the poop?
Hey Mom................???

8/5/05 -  Wow...the time is really flying by.  Got a chance to visit with my number 1 son Kingston Jr. and his owner Mark the other day.  He's soooooooooo cute and he's getting sooooo BIG !!  Koko (my stay-at-home daughter) and Kingston Jr. had so much fun visiting and playing together.  We really "tore it up" in the yard.

Patti and Rick called last week to let us know that "Lucy Honeybear" is doing just fine and is still just as adorable as ever.

Heather and Daniel have also stayed in touch regarding Napolean (Bubba...to us) and they say he's doing great.

Lucy (AKA - Sissy) has been studying hard and training with her new owners, Debbie and Dan and sends her love as well.  We can't wait to see them all again.

08/09/05 -  Just checking in.  Tomorrow we're gonna go visit the pups' grandma Honey and Uncle Bernie.  We stopped by last weekend and they said it was Ok if we came back to play sometime.  That Uncle Bernie sure is a big dude....but he's awful nice and grandma Honey let's us play anytime we want.  I think we're gonna have fun over there.

I'm still working on  those pix, but be patient.  Follow the "More Photos" link below to see them as they get added to this site.

8/15/05 - Debbie and Stock just got back today from their family reunion vacation in Nashville.  Yeehaw !!  It was Debbie's birthday and Stock rented a giant limo to pick them up from the airport and we got to ride in it too.  Koko and I were staying at gramma Honey's house for a few days and we knew Debbie and Stock would be home soon so we waited and watched by the gate all day long.  Just after dark a humongus black limousine pulls up and this cool limo driver guy, Norm says "C'mon, just jump in and let's all go for a ride".  Sooooo... we did.  It was a lot of fun.  I'm gonna ask Stock to buy us one of those limo things for Christmas.  He'll do it.  Yeah, he will.  Uh huh.  Uh huh. He will.  I know he will.  Well....maybe.

10/01/05 - Well, FINALLY.  Lucy Honeybear came over for a visit today and brought Pattie, Rick and the girls with her.  It took a couple of minutes, but I think she knew she had come "home".  So many familiar sights and smells...she just rolled over and "wet" the floor.  She told us how she had been very sick from eating a poisonous plant and how worried her new owners were.  But now she's just fine and looks fantastic.  She and Koko just ran and jumped and played and ran and jumped and played and..........well....you get the idea.  And boy o boy can she ever RUN !!  Just like her mother.

They stayed for only a couple hours before they had to go back home, but we had such a good time.  Koko showed her all around the yard including some new toys.  Lucy Honeybear snuggled a whole bunch with me, her mom, Cammie and Stock even tought her to "Lie Down" on command (with the help of a bologna treat, of course). We were VERY happy to see her and her new family and she seems to be doing really well.  I hope she can come back soon..

Thanks for stopping by.     - Ç
