Policy: Because of the nature of my business, I adhere to a
strict 24- hour cancellation policy. To avoid being charged for
your scheduled service or redemption of your gift certificate, 24
hours advanced-notice of cancellation is required. To avoid being
charged, you have the option of sending a friend of family member
in your place if you are unable to make your appointment.

Policy
I
have set aside a specific block of time to provide the service that
you have made an appointment for. As a result, if for any reason
you need to cancel your appointment, I require a minimum 24-hour
advanced notice so that I may make that appointment time available
to another waiting client. Thank you for considering and respecting
the value of my time as I consider and respect the value of yours.
Cancellations providing less than the required minimum 24-hour advanced
cancellation notice and "no-shows" will result in a charge
of 100% of the scheduled service or redemption of the gift certificate
being used for the service. Pre-paid individual services will be
considered forfeited and the missed appointment will not be eligible
for make up.
