On the way to Airlie we spent a night in Mission Beach. It was a night when all the restaurants in town were closed,
save one. This is where the barramundi with pesto risotto came into Tanya's life. It was a very happy meal, despite
the fact that the restaurant owner referred to us as "penguins" for eating outside in the cool night air.
Airlie Beach was our staging area for the Whitsundays... not that we had to prepare much as the boat was handled by the
charther company, and was provisioned by another company for us. So maybe this wasn't so much a staging area as
a recovery point because this is where we were able to ditch the rental car.
