Construct new 30,000 square foot diagnostic imaging center. Center included state of the art MRI using super cooled electro-magnet and varied radiographic systems. Required installation of new SCE service, 250kW emergency generator, normal and emergency feeders, 150KVA redundant Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), centrifugal chiller dedicated for cooling of MRI magnet, chilled water and hot water pumps and controls, lighting, fire alarm, public address, direct current power supply for MRI lighting and other special features.

Prepare design for electrical site work for new mall facilities. Coordinate with SCE in rerouting 16KV underground feeders, demolition of SCE transformers and underground structures, and installation of new SCE transformers and structures. Prepare service calculations for all establishments, determine placement of services and coordinate with SCE for service installations. Design parking lot lighting and assist in design of decorative architectural lighting.
