Nathan Christopher Electrical Engineering (EES) is a small-lean-and-mean Electrical Consulting firm operating throughout the gamut of the electrical construction industry with the EXCEPTION OF Petrochemical, Correctional and Single Family Residential construction.  In the construction venue where a multidisiplined team of Architect and Engineers is necessary, we prefer to work under the prime agreement of an Architect and serve as electrical consultant with contract terms based upon the standard Abbreviated AIA Agreement Between Architect and Consultant. 

However, not always is this the case.  Our contract and tenor at the Veteran Affairs and with other clients requires Nathan Christopher Electrical Engineering (EES) to perform electrical engineering services and also perform Architect-Engineer (AE) management and Project Management in which we directly guide AE teams toward planning and design goals as set forth by the client.  EES recommends acceptance or rejection of final construction documents prepared by AE’s.  Construction Management is also a major part of the daily routine.

In consulting venues were electrical consulting, design and construction are primary, Nathan Christopher Electrical Engineering (EES) secures the client-consultant prime agreement and assembles the team of design and construction professionals as appropriate.  In such cases, requirements for federal, state, county, or city plan check; bidding, and construction administration; are administered solely by Nathan Christopher Electrical Engineering (EES).
